If your home is not connected to mains drainage then you will probably be using a septic tank or cesspit.We supply 2000, 4000 and 6000 gallon vacuum tankers offering a full tanker service at a range of sites and domestic properties. At CRES we provide a complete tanker service, emptying and disposing of the waste in your tank in accordance with correct and lawful procedures.

 

Who should I contact to empty my tank?

By law you are required to have your tank emptied by a fully licensed operator
who is registered with the Environment Agency to carry septic tank waste.

How often do I need to have my septic tank emptied?

It is recommended that you empty your tank every 12 months. This is important 
in order to ensure that it continues to function correctly. In some cases your tank 
may need to be emptied more frequently, this will depend on the size of your tank 
and/or the number of people living in your household. 

How much will it cost to empty my septic tank?

The cost depends on the size of your tank and your location. Please ring us 
for a quotation based on your specific requirements.

Asbestos Disposal

How should I dispose of asbestos waste?

Asbestos is classed as hazardous waste. It can therefore only be handled by a fully licensed site.
It must be transported in suitable containers and cannot be mixed with other waste types. Please refer to our asbestos webpage for a full list of asbestos disposal services we offer our customers.

How much will it cost me to dispose of asbestos?

The cost depends on your location, how much asbestos you have and what type
of service you require. Please ring us for a quotation based on your specific needs.

Skip Hire Questions

What size skip do I need?

Please refer to the information on the Skip Hire page. CRES offers a wide range of skips meaning that we have a skip to suit everyone’s need and budget. Should you require any additional information then please do not hesitate to contact us where we will be more than willing to help. 

How long can I keep the skip?

We are happy for private customers to hire a skip for 2 weeks. Should you require longer than this please contact us to discuss availability and timescales. 

How much can I put in the skip?

Skips can be level loaded only. We kindly ask that you do not overload them. 

Are there any items that I cannot put into the skip?

YES…The following items can be accepted separately in an alternative container that is suitable for this waste. Please ring us to discuss further.

If I don't have room on my drive for a skip can I put it on the road?

Yes but you will need a permit. We can arrange this for you with the local Council. There is a small additional fee that the Council charges for the permit. This varies from Council to Council so please contact us for further details.

How much will a skip cost me?

The cost depends on what size skip you have, what type of waste you have, your location, and whether you require a permit. Please ring us for a quotation based on your exact requirements.
